TOXINS – A Big Threat to Your Health

  

We are all in a real health crisis, in a state of nutritional deficiency and living in a toxic environment.       

  

The air we breathe contains poisons such as PAH toxins- formed by anything that burns such as cars, BBQ’s, and cigarettes. These PAH toxins have been linked to breaking down the gene that protects women from breast cancer.             

  

The water we drink and bathe in carries in it bacteria, parasites, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and heavy metals.            

  

The food we eat is toxic to us. Not only are we eating high amounts of processed and refined foods but also studies show on average, there are 72 herbicides, pesticides and insecticides on our fruit and vegetables.        

 

The meat we eat has been injected with hormones, steroids and antibiotics.             

 

What is this doing to us?   

Studies show that in the United States of America, 81% of the population is overweight, and 57% of these people are classified as obese.

 

In Australia we are not fare behind as 56% of the population is classified as obese.   

       

In the US $75 billion per year is spent on weight related illnesses and 350 000 deaths are linked to obesity. Toxicity is a major contributor to these deaths. 

           

So why are people becoming obese?      

Nutrition, lack of exercise, medication, emotional overload, stress, lack of sleep and toxic chemicals in our everyday environment.    

        

As toxins enter our body, our natural response is to cover these toxins in excess fat and water, therefore the more you are exposed to, the more your body will store fat to coat this excess of toxins.  

    

What does this mean?  The body’s natural protective method will cause you to carry extra kilograms of fat and water to hold and dilute toxic waste, causing illness and disease as these toxins circulate and deposit themselves in our vital organs.           

   

We clean our air conditioning filters- because if we didn’t, they would clog and malfunction.         

   

We clean the dishes we eat from – because if we didn’t we would have Cockroaches all over.            

We change the oil in our cars - because if we didn’t they would break down.      

 

We clean our pools and spas- because if we didn’t, they would turn green and become breeding grounds for algae and bacteria.                            

  

We brush our teeth - because is we didn’t they would decay, rot and finally fall out.                          

       

We wash ourselves daily – because if we didn’t we would soon smell unpleasant.

   

We only clean and wash ourselves on the outside and forget to clean out our internal body!No matter what your body shape or health status is we need to clean and maintain our most valuable asset- our body. By cleansing, detoxifying we are cleaning out our internal body and than replenishing it with the nutrients it needs.                              

 

Regardless of your body shape or health status, you should address the issue of cleansing and detoxing minimum once a year for 6 weeks.

Otherwise your organs may be slowly clogging and deteriorating without you being aware.
