Winter Treatment – Cold & Flu Season

 

As autumn has arrived and with Winter coming up we want to give you some helpful tips how to avoid catching a cold and how to treat it successfully side-effect free if you have got one.  As Prevention is always better and easier than treating any health issue lets start with successful avoiding becoming a Cold or Flu Victim.

          

Eight Ways to Avoid Cold & Flu à and a Flu Vaccination/Shot isn’t one of them!      

    

1. Sufficient Sleep & Enough Rest

Sugar almost immediately decreases the immune function – and a strong Immune System is the key to preventing and fighting viruses, bacteria and any other disease including Cold and Flu. You should avoid Sugar as soon as you feel a Cold or Flu is coming on. A better solution would be keep it out of your nutrition for good – this will improve your general health immense and make you stronger so that it is harder for any virus to ‘bug you’. 3. Regular Exercise

Immune strength depends on availability of the amino acid glutamine, and your muscles have to supply the glutamine to your immune system in order for it to work. The more muscle you have the more abundant the glutamine supply and in turn the better your immune system works. Exercise helps your Immune System to be more efficient in removing viruses and bacteria. When exercising you increase the circulation and blood flow through out your whole body. This means your Immune System has a better chance of finding and reaching a pathogen before it has the chance to spread out. 

  

4. Regular Wash Your Hands

If your Immune system is strong enough it will have no problems to fight off any bacteria and viruses that get into your body. Anyhow by washing your hands you can add in a little bit of extra protection. Washing hands will decrease the chance of viruses and bacteria to   spread to your mouth, nose and other people. Make sure you use natural, organic chemical free soaps as antibacterial soaps are absolutely unnecessary and cause more harm and problems than good. Some people hate the smell! After consuming Garlic you should always have a hand full of fresh Parsley to neutralise the smell if you have to be around people so     nobody will be offended. 6. Take your Basic Supplements

Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) for the treatment of Colds and Flu   

 

Hydrogen peroxide 3% works quite well and effective in more than 80% of cases especially when it is used when the cold and flu symptoms first appear. It seems to be a little contrary to common natural medicine knowledge but there are a lot of people who tried this treatment with great success.Based on the theory of Dr. Richard Simmons that the cold and flu can only enter through the ear canal and not through mouth, nose or eyes.German Research from 1938 showed great success in the treatment of cold and flu symptoms.   

  

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The success rate is more that 80% if the treatment is started as soon as symptoms appear. Three drops of H2O2 is dropped into one ear and within two minutes you can feel it bubbling and sometimes slightly stinging. Wait until the bubbling is over (approx 5 minutes) and drain the rest of the H2O2 onto a tissue or white towel and do the same to the second ear.This treatment is also absolutely safe for toddlers and children but saying that the noisy bubbling can sometimes frighten them a bit and they need someone lovingly and whom they trust to support them and put the H2O2 drops in.
