Food sensitivities
Take the Food Sensitivity Pulse Test below to determine if food sensitivities are the cause of the problem. The average pulse rate is fairly even, but your heartbeat increases when you eat foods to which you may be sensitive. Do the test and if your pulse changes after eating a meal, you may have food sensitivities. All you need is a watch with a second hand. Mostly it will be Dairy, Wheat, Yeast, Sugar, Processed Food and Preservatives.
Pulse Test Method
After eating a meal take your radial pulse again. If the pulse reading score has increased by more than 10 beats, then you may be sensitive to a particular food within the meal. You will then need to separate out the foods to find the one to which you are reacting, using the same method outlined above.
Solution:Take 1 teaspoon of L-glutamine powder before meals to help minimise food reactions.Eggs, Citrus fruits, Soya products, Corn, Wheat, Dairy products, Yeast, Sugar, Preservatives Tomatoes and spicy and processed foods can often aggravate the problem. Avoid them where possible.
LIVER
It is important to consume foods that support the liver and aid its important function of the body, which is to process the by-products that are within the digested food. Important reasoning here is to eat appropriate foods. Sugary, refined, processed foods overwork and weaken the liver.
To Assist the Liver:
Drink fresh water and freshly squeezed juice. Eliminate fizzy drinks from the diet. Eradicate processed and refined foods. Sprinkle lecithin granules over salads. Vegetables containing sulphur are abundant in specific liver building enzymes. The following vegetables beneficial here are cauliflower, cabbage, seeds (particularly pumpkin, flax and sunflower), nuts, brussels sprouts, turnip roots, cabbage, nuts and broccoli. Some fruits can actually assist in arousing energy flow through the liver.
These include blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, dark grapes, blackberries and huckleberries.Vegetables, legumes and grains are foods that will balance the physical and emotional energy liver flows.
Vegetables: dill, cumin, celery, cucumber, asparagus, garlic, beetroot, radish, cardamom,
black pepper, bay leaves, watercress, rosemary, radish leaves, onions, mustard greens,
ginger, seaweeds, lemon, romaine lettuce and basil.
Legumes: soybeans, peas, tofu and kidney beans.
Grains: millet, amaranth, quinoa.

Stools
Food in your Stool
