Steffen's Matrix Clearing Kit
Often we talk about the Matrix or the Extracellular Matrix but what exactly is it?The Matrix is the area/the space around each of our body cells. In this space we store all our toxins, parasites, fat cells, bacteria and some of our own body waste. But this is a problem because a blocked Matrix is also blocking our cells from getting enough nutrients and water.
I often compare it with an Island (see left photo below). The Island is our cell and the ocean water around it is the Matrix. If you have alot of sharks (toxins) swimming around the island it is hard to swim over and reach the Island. The Extracellular Matrix looks like lots of Spider webs (see right photo below) layered above each other forming a criss-crossed medium of fibres. Toxins are caught in this mesh because they are larger than the holes in the web. Toxins slowly work there way to the outside as every single fibre of the Matrix turns over and renews itself over a period of 120 days. This is the reason that every correct Detox takes at least 120 days = 18 weeks = 4.5 months!

Before I go into the single remedies and explain why this is so effective, easy to use and even one of the cheapest Detox Kits available just some instructions.
Starting to detox your system can have some noticeable effects on your body. I do not want to call them side effects as that would be negative and these signs are not negative as they show that your body is kicking out toxins. In the first three to five days you may notice that your gut is making a lot of noise or experience a mild nausea feeling, energy levels slow down, light headache, or the feeling a headache is coming but it doesn’t get through and Skin reactions. These are all normal signs that your body is detoxing so do not worry. If you are not sure about how your body is reacting contact your Health Practitioner.
To assure these symptoms are not to strong we often start with 10 drop each of the Detox Kit especially when the tests show a strong toxin overload in the body. Now to the single components or the Steffen’s Matrix Clearing Kit:
In the Detox Kit you have Lymphomyosot – this will clean out the Lymph System, the Blood, the Nerve System, Connective Tissue and Muscles. Nux Vomica Homaccord will clean out the stomach, gut and liver and the third in the Detox Kit is Reneel which will clean out the kidney, bladder and the uric tract.All three are added to 1.5 litre of filtered water and drank throughout the day.
The Metabolic Kit contains two remedies (Coenzyme Compositum + Ubichinon Compositum) which form the homeopathic mixture of Coenzyme Q10. This unique mixture is a Cellular Catalyst and enhances all metabolic functions in the body. It also assists the detox -> makes it more efficient and is a strong immune stimulant. As it increases the metabolic functions in the body you get more energy which means it improves exercise capacity and promotes endurance. The mucous membranes are that fine slimy lining which e.g. covers the inside of our stomach wall and protects it from nasties getting through into the body. Second one is Hepeel which is a gentle Liver tonic and also helps to harmonize our gall bladder functions. We have to see the gallbladder as a very important organ as he is a sort of the general of the digestive system who gives all the commands to the digestive organs.
